Project: Round Side Table
Objective: We have had this piece of furniture for about 13 years and have always loved it. Since we moved in our home it has been in the same spot and though it works and looks great, the beautiful features have never really stood out because the whole table completely blends in with the floor as they are the same color. General Painting TIPs for beginners
Just have fun and try a small simple piece first. Simple meaning not too many parts to it or to many intricate details. Also go with a neutral or light color. People often think WHITE is the simpliest way to go. To the contrary it is actually one the more challenging. Go with a neurtral grey or linen color or one of these gorgeous blue and green tones that are available today. I am just in love with so many of them. Project : Primary Bedroom Furniture Refresh
Objective: Our primary bedroom was a hodge podge of unmatched pieces of furniture which was okay as the plan was to at some point purchase a matching set but it just seemed like it was never a priority and that was okay but I was ready for it to be a pretty space of matching pieces and guess what, I know how to make that happen so I did what we can all can do, look around in your spare bedrooms or basements and see what you already have.
